The VSPR Charter defines a VSPR Council and a number of Council Groups. Anyone can become a member of the non-voting at-large Council Group. Qualified professionals can apply to become a member of a single voting Council Group. All Council members are encouraged to participate in VSPR's Working Groups. The qualifications field is required only if you're applying to a specific council group. You may select a council group using the appropriate drop-down menu. If you wish to be a member-at-large, you need not change the default council-group selection.
